Option 1: I have Griffid software running version 1.X and want to upgrade to version 2.X. Option 2: I have version 2.X and want to update my version to the latest build. Option 1: I have Griffid software running version 1.X and want to upgrade to version 2.X  The licence ID you have for Griffid software version 1.X will not function in version 2.X. For Griffid software version 2.X you will need a new license ID. You can get a upgrade license at your Griffid reseller. These are the article numbers for Griffid software upgrades:
Upgrade costs 1 time 15% based on the total end-userprice of the concerning amount of licenses. (in case 1.X is purchased more than 1 year ago) New updates contracts for 1.X to 2.X migrations: see following basic update regulations. Option 2: I have version 2.X and want to update my version to the latest build. When you have purchased a license ID it is including one year of free software updates. These updates can be downloaded via this website. Purchase of software updates for the second year is optional.* and should be signed and filed withing 1(one) year after the initial purchase. Optional update costs 15% per year based on the total end-userprice of the concerning amount of licenses. Update contracts should be signed and filed withing 1(one) year after the initial purchase. Random updates after one year without an update contract can be purchased at a 30% fee per year based on the total end-userprice of the concerning amount of licenses*. *For Griffid Monitoring Center there are other conditions. |
