| 25th Griffid distributor strengthens market reach video surveillance software.
Almere/Warschau, September 5, 2006; Griffid en Linc Sp. z o.o. have signed a distribution agreement for a partnership for the Polish video surveillance market. Linc has gained a track record in the Polish market where it was established almost 10 years ago. Linc is involved in project in multiple vertical markets such as alarm receiving centers, city-surveillance, retail, industry and the financial market and has a clear focus on video surveillance projects. “We choose the Griffid video management application upon several important reasons” says Harald Dingemans, Managing Director of Linc. “The video surveillance platform of Griffid offers users the ability to connect existing systems and benefit from new technology with a single user friendly interface. Besides the fact that the software is easy to use the application allows users to evaluate situations more efficient afterward as well as improved anticipation possibilities. An other important feature is that Griffid has an API (Application Programming Interface) in order to realize integration with third party software applications. This in our sense proves that the organization has a strong vision of market demands in the rapidly changing video surveillance market”. Market research of IMS Research* reports that the largest growth in the CCTV and Video Surveillance market is expected in Eastern Europe. The report states that the yearly growth for the region is expected to grow with 21,2%.
